Biography
Amy L. Kenworthy is a Professor of Management in the Bond Business School. She is known worldwide for her contributions to management education as a service-learning practitioner, scholar and consultant. It was her expertise in educational practice that was the catalyst for a founding Ukrainian Business School Dean and Vice-Rector to reach out to her in August of 2022.
Since then, Professor Kenworthy has partnered with numerous Ukrainian educators and businesspeople to successfully publish three research articles (with three more currently under review), lead two major research projects, serve as the first author on two published cases (both nominated for prestigious international awards), and engage other Bond colleagues in critically important research work with Ukrainians on issues related to leadership, entrepreneurship, resilience, motivation, community-based educational practice, connection and hope – all of which she will discuss in her presentation. She is a passionate supporter of Ukraine and its people and stands with her Ukrainian colleagues in their fight for unification, freedom and a just and enduring peace.
