Dr Libby Sander, is the MBA Director and Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Bond University and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. She is an Agenda Contributor at the World Economic Forum and has spoken at TEDx. A leading expert on workplace design and the future of work, Libby has appeared on ABC TV, Channel 7’s Sunrise and Channel 9’s Today show, and her research has been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post. Libby has written on her research for the Harvard Business Review, the Guardian, BBC, The Conversation and more, with over 3.2 million readers worldwide. Libby has worked extensively with industry implementing her research including with Google, Microsoft Europe, Jefferies, Lend Lease, and the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation. Libby leads ground-breaking research using neuroscience and big data, securing significant grant funding, teaches Navigating the Future of Work and leads the Japan Study Tour in the Bond Business School. She is the co-host of The Floorplan, a Bond University podcast about the Future of Work which has listeners in 22 countries.
