About the Position: 

Executive education and microcredentials offered by Bond University span multiple disciplines, aiming to offer professional development and learning opportunities tailored to the evolving needs of a dynamic workforce. These learning pathways can also serve as avenues for individuals to transition into award programs. The Executive Learning Unit provides infrastructure support for the development and delivery of executive education programs and microcredentials at Bond.

 

The Marketing Manager, Executive Learning position is responsible for implementing multi-channel B2B and B2C marketing strategies such as digital campaigns, content marketing, website, and event promotion to build brand awareness and attract both individual learners and corporate partners to Bond’s Executive Learning and microcredential courses. 

  

Sitting in the Brand and Marketing Team at Bond University and reporting directly to the Associate Director, Marketing, this role will work closely with specialists within the team to manage and oversee quality delivery and strong outcomes for all marketing initiatives.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Raising brand awareness and building brand recognition through effective digital marketing tactics across B2B enterprise customers and B2C audiences
  • Proposing and executing data-driven marketing automation and direct communications strategies to drive revenue growth and customer journey enhancements
  • Evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing automation and digital efforts, using data-driven insights to optimise and enhance strategic approaches
  • Actively identifying opportunities to attract new learners, including corporate, government, and not-for-profit clients
  • Collaborating proactively with the Senior Data and Insights Manager and recruitment teams to leverage customer insights and market knowledge
  • Delivery of end-to-end project management including associated budgets and timelines
  • Overseeing copywriting, editing, and proofreading to ensure a consistent tone of voice across all executive learning initiatives
  • Managing the planning and delivery of all Bond Executive Learning creative and marketing assets

 

This role is vital for identifying and nurturing collaborative opportunities, driving revenue growth through the effective implementation of educational initiatives, and elevating the visibility and reputation of Bond Executive Learning.

 

About the person

This role is perfect for someone passionate about marketing and who possesses well-honed digital and campaign management skills and a drive to achieve targets. The successful candidate will have the following:

 

  • A tertiary qualification in a communications or marketing discipline
  • Substantial practical experience in delivering multi-channel marketing strategies, particularly in digital marketing, content marketing, and event promotion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A demonstrated history of delivering B2B enterprise and B2C marketing projects within budget and on schedule
  • The ability to develop, nurture and manage positive stakeholder relationships and deliver excellent client service
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a range of projects and effectively prioritise competing demands

 

This role will be accountable for managing the relationship with the Executive Learning Unit as their primary stakeholder. As part of this indirect reporting line, they will be required to develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Executive Learning products, market landscape and drive all marketing plans and activities to support the strategic objectives. 

 

Salary details

The salary range for the position commences at $98,789.18 plus 12% superannuation per annum. 

Please note: The fixed term of this employment contract will be for up to two years, with twelve months' probation. The prospect of conversion to a continuing employment contract will be discussed at the end of the contract term.
