The Beyond Bond Program is the University’s signature, degree wide professional development program, through which students prepare for the transition from campus to career.

This exciting and varied position will work closely with the Beyond Bond team to oversee the daily systems management, monitor, and track student progress within the program, drive innovation through user experience, and engage with various stakeholders across the university community.

The role is integral to our small, high performing team. Highly developed customer service skills to engage with various stakeholders and interact with a diverse student population will be paramount.

 

About the person

The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate:

  • Qualifications and experience – relevant university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Stakeholder engagement – proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve successful program or project outcomes.
  • Interpersonal and client services – strong interpersonal skills to provide professional front-facing services, ensuring quality student experiences.
  • Organisation and decision-making – ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and apply independent judgment in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical proficiency and integrity – high-level IT skills, particularly in Excel, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics.

 

Salary details

The salary for the position commences at $93,419 per annum, plus 12% superannuation per annum.

Please note: The fixed term of this employment contract will be for up to two years, with twelve months' probation. The prospect of conversion to a continuing employment contract will be discussed at the end of the contract term.
