About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Psychologist to take on a leadership role within the Bond University Psychology Clinic. As Deputy Clinic Director, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of psychologists by providing clinical supervision, managing student placements, and ensuring compliance with professional standards. Working closely with the Clinic Director and other allied health professionals, you will help drive service excellence, foster strong industry relationships, and contribute to the ongoing success of the clinic.

This role offers the perfect blend of clinical leadership, mentorship, and operational management in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to influence best practices in professional training, oversee client referrals, and play an active role in community engagement. The Deputy Clinic Director also assumes an acting role in the absence of the Clinic Director.

 

About the person

The successful candidate must be able to develop strong relationships and liaise with internal and external staff involved in clinical placements to ensure excellence in service provision to students, staff, and the general public. 

The Deputy Clinic Director will work closely with other allied health clinicians provided by Bond University. Registration as a psychologist with endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist is essential.

The successful applicant will have Psychology Board of Australia approval as a higher degree supervisor with demonstrated experience in providing clinical supervision to postgraduate students and/or provisionally registered psychologists.

 

Salary details

The salary range for this full-time position is $109,535.60 to $119,194.76 per annum, commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience, plus 12% superannuation.
