Research interests

Clare’s research areas include corporate sustainability – ethics, organisational culture/development, and strategy. More specifically Clare explores Australian finance phenomena such as finance director subculture, sustainable transition, and Indigenous finance. She has written in publications such as the Journal of Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management as well as media such as The Conversation.

Clare is a passionate educator of business management subjects, teaching undergraduate, postgraduate, and MBA students. Before re-entering academia, Clare worked for 18 years in corporate communications, media, marketing, management, and organisational development in Australia and overseas
