How it works
As a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Master of Philosophy (MPhil) student at Bond University, you will undertake a short-term research project, co-designed by an industry partner, an academic mentor, and yourself. These internships are designed to align your research expertise with the needs of businesses, offering a practical, high-impact experience that enhances both your academic and professional development.
Each project includes:
- A formal agreement outlining a clearly defined scope, key milestones, and expected deliverables.
- Dedicated oversight and support from experienced academic mentors at Bond University.
- The opportunity to collaborate in a professional industry setting, gaining real-world experience.
- A platform to apply your research skills in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
What you'll need:
- A commitment of 3–6 months, or a minimum of 60 full-time equivalent days of student engagement in R&D activities.
- Enthusiasm for working with industry partners and applying your research in a practical, business-focused context.
- A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and develop professionally.
