Bond University’s Graduate Diploma of Valuation and Property Development builds enhances your foundational knowledge to open the door to careers in property valuation, city planning and project management, providing an introduction to the lifecycle of property planning, financing, and management.

About this program

The Graduate Diploma of Valuation and Property Development is designed to prepare students with a strong knowledge base and technical skills for careers within property related industries and professions. The application of the knowledge and skills developed in the program will allow graduates to demonstrate autonomy, expert judgement, adaptability and responsibility as a practitioner across a range of career paths in property related fields such as investment, finance, property management and property research. The attributes gained from the Graduate Diploma of Valuation and Property Development will allow you to work in the property sector in Australia and around the world.

What you'll be studying

The program at a glance

The Graduate Diploma in Valuation and Property Development consists of a mixture of theoretical and practical subjects, with eight in total which includes six foundational and two Faculty of Society and Design electives you can choose from within the list of Postgraduate subjects.     In your foundation subjects, you will gain knowledge in all property aspects, including the property rights of real estate, commercial valuing, and property investments.

    Bond’s Graduate Diploma of Valuation and Property Development is accredited nationally and internationally, allowing you to apply to the appropriate industry bodies for registration as a certified valuer.
