Law Electives
Students must choose eighty credit points (80CP) of subjects from the following electives.

Law Faculty Postgraduate Electives (LAWS75 and LAWS77)
Any Law postgraduate subject that has a code beginning with LAWS75 or LAWS77.

Law Specialisation - Canadian Law and Practice (PG)
This Canadian Law and Practice specialisation provides students with an opportunity to gain knowledge of Canadian law specifically relating to administrative, constitutional and criminal areas of law.

Law Specialisation - International Business and Finance Law (PG)
This International Business and Finance Specialisation provides students with an opportunity to gain knowledge and to compare the operation of business and finance law in an international context.

Law Specialisation - Corporate and Commercial Law and Practice (PG)
This Corporate and Commercial Law Specialisation provides students with an opportunity to gain knowledge relating to the law and legal principles and issues relevant to corporate and commercial legal practice in a domestic and international context.

Law Specialisation - Dispute Resolution (PG)
This Dispute Resolution Law specialisation provides students with an opportunity to gain knowledge and acquire the practical skills needed to resolve disputes using a range of dispute resolution processes.

Law Specialisation - Family Dispute Resolution (PG)
This Family Dispute Resolution Law specialisation provides students with an opportunity to gain knowledge and acquire the practical skills and strategies needed to resolve family disputes using dispute resolution processes such as negotiation and mediation.

The International Commercial Law and Dispute Resolution specialisation in the Bond Master of Laws will prepare students and practitioners from different cultural and legal backgrounds for confident and ethical legal practice in an international commercial environment.

This Legal Innovation and Technology specialisation provides students with an opportunity to enhance their professional qualifications for a future-focused legal career. This specialisation is available to students enrolled in the Juris Doctor and Master of Laws programs.
