ARCH10-138: Digital Design and Prototyping

Description

This subject introduces you to digital design and prototyping in architecture and design. The subject focuses on the contemporary context of digital technology and its implication to design. You will be introduced to digital design thinking and fabrication techniques through case studies.  You will also learn to model a precedent study and develop diagramming technique. Using industry-relevant rendering software, you will explore basic texture mapping and rendering techniques with an introduction to Virtual Reality.
