Description
Strategic decision-making in a projectised organisation is influenced by the effective management of communication, stakeholder objectives, and team dynamics. This subject covers a broad range of topics, including communication strategies, team meetings, virtual and co-located teams, cultural awareness, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and Project Management Information Systems (PMIS). Additionally, the subject explores stakeholder engagement, active listening, negotiation skills, non-verbal communication, and communication protocols.
